L’ultimo episodio critico è scaturito da una decisione di Renato Biancardi, che ha confinato Alessandra Mussolini e Lucia Ilardo nel Monolocale. Durante la loro breve assenza, le due donne hanno cercato un contatto emotivo con il resto del gruppo lasciando un messaggio affettuoso sotto la porta, dichiarando quanto sentissero la mancanza dei compagni. Tuttavia, al loro rientro nella Casa, sono state accolte da una freddezza inaspettata: nessuno dei concorrenti ha mostrato gratitudine o vicinanza per il gesto compiuto. Questa indifferenza ha profondamente infastidito la Mussolini, che ha subito manifestato il proprio malcontento.
Il confronto più aspro si è consumato proprio tra Alessandra e Antonella. Quando la prima ha cercato di incalzare l’altra chiedendole se fosse felice del suo tentativo di voltare pagina, la Elia ha risposto con estrema durezza, definendo quel comportamento falso e paragonandolo a un tradimento calcolato. La situazione è precipitata quando la Mussolini ha iniziato a schernire apertamente la compagna, imitandone i movimenti e il modo di parlare in modo derisorio. La provocazione ha spinto la Elia al limite della sopportazione, portandola a minacciare una reazione fisica violenta.

L’esasperazione ha causato ad Antonella un vero e proprio crollo emotivo. Sentendosi non tutelata e vittima di una persecuzione psicologica, la showgirl è scoppiata in lacrime durante un pasto, manifestando tutta la sua frustrazione per dover subire questi continui sberleffi davanti alle telecamere. In preda a una crisi di nervi, ha confessato di non riuscire più a gestire la rabbia e la pressione derivanti dai continui attacchi della coinquilina. La Elia era pronta ad agire in maniera fisica contro la coinquilina.
Solo l’intervento tempestivo di Raimondo Todaro ha evitato il peggio: il ballerino è riuscito a isolare Antonella dal conflitto, portandola in giardino e cercando di distrarla con il movimento e l’affetto, nel tentativo di ristabilire una fragile calma in un ambiente ormai saturo di risentimento. Insomma sembra proprio che la situazione non si risolverà con facilità, anzi questo astio può continuare fino alla fine del programma.
